Q: How Do I Exchange My Product?
Please get in touch with the original point of purchase to exchange your Fifth Alley products. If you purchased your Fifth Alley product from a retail vendor, you must complete the exchange process with the same vendor.

Q: Things I Should Know Before Sending Products for Exchange
All products must be returned along with any accessories, manuals, original packaging and all relevant paperwork
